APMBuild delivers full technical documentation: PHPP reports, U-value calculations, product datasheets (CE/UKCA), airtightness test results, MVHR commissioning records, PAS 2035 paperwork where applicable, and as-built drawings. All documentation is handed over digitally on project completion.
We are open to them, and we will be straight about where we stand: APMBuild has not yet delivered a multi-unit scheme, so these are discussed case by case rather than on a track record.
