The Service

One point of contact from room scheme to installed piece.

Interiors are usually where a project's coherence falls apart: the builder finishes, and then a separate chain of designers, showrooms and joinery firms takes over — each with their own lead times, their own margins and no responsibility for the whole. APMBuild's interior design coordination replaces that chain with a single thread.

We coordinate the design decisions — layouts, finishes, materials, lighting-level details — and deliver the pieces through our established European workshop partners: bespoke furniture, custom staircases, fitted joinery, kitchens. The same direct-supply model as our European materials service, applied to the finished surfaces and furniture you actually live with.

The result: pieces made to your rooms and your taste, typically 20–30% below equivalent UK retail pricing, coordinated by the same company that understands how the building behind the finishes was put together.

Scope

What the coordination covers.

Bespoke furniture

Wardrobes, media walls, tables, beds and one-off pieces — made to measure by European workshop partners, delivered and installed.

Kitchens & bathrooms

Full kitchen schemes, natural stone worktops, sanitaryware and tiling — specified once, sourced through one chain.

Staircases & joinery

Custom staircases, balustrades, internal doors and fitted joinery, matched to the building's materials and detailing.

Room schemes

Finishes, flooring, decorative surfaces and lighting-level coordination — a coherent scheme rather than a shopping list.

For clients taking the full journey, interior coordination is the final stage of our Design, Build & Furnish route — currently in development as a complete A–Z package, with the interior and furniture supply element available today. See completed interior work in our portfolio.

FAQ

Interior design questions

How the coordination and bespoke furniture supply works.

What does APMBuild's interior design coordination include?

Coordination of the interior design package for residential projects: layout and finish decisions, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, joinery, and bespoke furniture — sourced and delivered through our established European workshop partners. The service runs UK-wide as a supply-and-coordination package.

Do you make the furniture yourselves?

No — bespoke furniture, staircases and joinery are made by our trusted European workshop partners, to designs coordinated by APMBuild. We manage the specification, the making and the delivery so you deal with one point of contact rather than a chain of workshops.

Can I use the interior service without APMBuild building my project?

Yes. Interior design coordination and bespoke furniture supply can be commissioned standalone, UK-wide. It also integrates naturally with our European materials supply — floors, doors, tiles and sanitaryware arriving through the same supply chain.

How does pricing work?

Bespoke pieces are quoted individually from your specification or drawings. As with our materials supply, direct European sourcing typically lands 20–30% below equivalent UK retail pricing for comparable quality. Free furniture design is available when ordered as part of a wider APMBuild project, subject to scope confirmation.

What is the lead time on bespoke furniture?

Typical manufacture and delivery runs several weeks depending on the piece and finish — confirmed lead times are quoted before any deposit, and delivery is coordinated with your project programme rather than dumped on site early.
