Transform your existing home toward passive house performance. EnerPHit is the Passive House Institute's retrofit standard — applying the same building physics to your existing structure. Up to 90% heating energy reduction is achievable under PHI criteria.

We support every stage: PHPP-informed pre-assessment, fabric specification, European materials supply, airtightness works, MVHR installation coordination, and blower door testing. First EnerPHit projects now being scoped — enquire to discuss your property.

Passive House New Build

New builds designed and constructed to Passive House principles. Whether you prefer traditional masonry or modular timber frame, we work toward EPC A performance with PHPP-informed pre-assessment and a European materials package.

For private clients without an architect, we can introduce you to a trusted UK architect partner — a referral model, not an in-house architect. For architect-led schemes, we work alongside your existing design team rather than replacing it. Typical build programme: 8–12 months.

APMBuild coordinates an end-to-end package — UK architect partner for planning and Building Regs drawings, our delivery on site, and interior design coordination through our European supply network. Bespoke furniture sourced through our trusted European workshop network for your rooms and your taste.

On-Site Practical Mentoring for Build Teams

Have a contractor team that doesn't yet have experience with high-performance construction details? APMBuild offers practical, on-site knowledge transfer — Paweł works directly with your team to demonstrate airtightness sequencing, EWI installation, MVHR principles, thermal bridge mitigation at critical junctions, and high-performance window installation.

This is hands-on, builder-to-builder experience sharing — not classroom training, not formal certification. It is 20+ years of European construction experience, delivered directly on your site.

Typical engagement: 1–3 days on-site per critical build phase. Day rate basis. UK-wide. Particularly valuable for main contractors taking on their first Passive House or EnerPHit project, and for self-builders coordinating sub-trades.
