We look at single-plot premium new builds, multi-unit residential developments (typically 3 units and above), and heritage or hard-to-treat retrofit portfolios in the West Midlands, Wales and the wider UK. The scheme needs a credible exit and a clear case for energy-led value uplift.

How is the deal structured?

JV structures with APMBuild vary by scheme — typical formats include profit share on completion, equity contribution against build cost, or hybrid structures combining priority returns and equity. Specific terms are agreed after a feasibility review and legal documentation.
