Where does APMBuild source its building materials?

APMBuild sources directly from established manufacturers in Poland, Germany and Austria, focusing on Passive House-grade insulation, triple-glazed windows, MVHR units, airtightness systems and doors. Our supply chain is built around 20+ years of European construction relationships held by director Paweł Okurowski.

Are your materials CE/UKCA compliant for UK building regulations?

Yes. Every product APMBuild supplies carries CE and/or UKCA marking and meets UK Building Regulations requirements. Datasheets, Declarations of Performance and compliance documentation are provided with each order.

What's the typical delivery time for materials?

APMBuild delivers UK-wide from European stock, typically within 5–10 days from order confirmation. Larger orders or bespoke window/door manufacture can take longer — confirmed lead times are quoted before any deposit.

Can I order just materials without using APMBuild for construction?

Yes. APMBuild operates a standalone materials supply service for homeowners, architects, developers and trade contractors across the UK. Email materials@apmbuild.uk with your specification or drawings to receive a quote.
